• Seating for the Nutcracker Tea Party is limited.
• You must have a pre-paid reservation to attend.
• All orders will be processed in the order received.
• If a seating time becomes sold out we will process your 1st or 2nd alternate seating selection, if specified and if available.
• If you are assigned an alternate seating, we will contact you by phone or email to verify your availability.
• If we cannot place you in an acceptable primary or alternate seating, we will give you the option of being placed on our waiting list. If we subsequently cannot place you in an acceptable seating, we will refund your payment in full.
• Other than the above stated policy, refunds and exchanges WILL NOT be accepted.
