Nutcracker Cast Policies
There are over 200 roles in the show, performed by about 225 participants. The Nutcracker is produced using an all-volunteer staff comprised of nearly
100% parents. We rely heavily on parents to keep up-to-date as the production develops
into a polished performance.
The spirit of cooperation amongst the volunteers and compliance with our
policies is one of the key elements that make it such a fine production.

(veterans may find it useful, too!) to help demystify what will happen during the
rehearsals and the shows.
Saturday Between-Show Meals
The time between the Saturday performances can be quite hectic for
families to try and get in a meal together before the required 4:00pm check-in.
Once again this year we will be offering catered meals from
Thyme Savor Events catering in Leesburg.
